First time-users of online banking will need to contact the credit union at (319) 266-7531 to obtain a password.  Then, you will need to enroll with this assigned password and answer (3) MFA security questions.  Once inside online banking you will have the ability to change your password. If you need help or more information, visit our Online Banking Help page, or call us.

Almost all the features and functionalities of Online Banking are available on the go with your smartphone or tablet.  If you are already an Online Banking user, just go to m.cfccu.org, choose “Internet Banking,” and log in with your online banking account number and password.

If you are NOT currently an Online Banking user, just contact the credit union (319.266.7531) to obtain a temporary password.  Then, you will need to enroll with this assigned password, set up your 3 security challenge questions, and agree to our terms of service.  Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can then access Mobile Banking from your mobile devices.

From the Mobile Banking platform, you can now:

Transfer funds between accounts

View Account History and Current Balance information

Transfer funds and make loan payments

Schedule recurring account transferss

Set up account alerts, to notify you when certain account conditions are met

Pay bills using FREE Bill Pay service

And much more!!

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL MEMBERS USING E-STATEMENTS

QUICK LINK TO E-STATEMENT SIGN-UP

 CFCCU is making it easier than ever to access and retrieve your periodic statements electronically.  Signing up is easy. Click HERE , fill out the form, hit submit and we’ll get you set up. Here is the FINE PRINT.  Log into Online Banking and click the E-Statement item beneath the “Accounts” tab.  You will automatically go right to your E-Statements, which you can view and/or print.  No separate log-in required to go to a separate E-statement site – now it’s all right there in one spot!

 You might notice, however, that the only statements available are those beginning in 2013.  Those older statements can still be accessed in MyKeptData, but you will ned to log-in to that site, with the account number and password you always used for MyKeptData.  If this sounds like gobblygook – give us a call and we can get you set up for access.  

Benefits of eStatements:

We’ll store it for you – eStatements will be stored up to 5 years or to the date you enrolled into e-statements, whichever is earlier

Email Notification – will be sent to you when your statement is available online
