Business Partnership
What is a Business Partner?
A business partner is a company that partners with the Cedar Falls Community Credit Union which offers credit union membership as part of its benefits package. For YOU it’s an exclusive and free benefit with high value and visibility. CFCCU does all the work, provides all the HR and enrollment materials, and creates a true enhancement to your benefits package that is only available through our members’ employers. Below are a few perks you could expect:
Just a few perks of a CFCCU partnership
On-site visits and financial education presentations
Timely updates on new or different products and services
A contact person at the credit union to meet your needs
For your employees, it’s all about choice, convenience, and money back in their pockets.
We hope that you’ll take advantage of what we can offer both you and your employees. We’d love to have you join us. If you are interested, contact your representative, Chad Kaeppel, our CEO to begin your enrollment as a business partner.

One of the benefits offered to employees at Cedar Falls Utilities is to open a membership with the Cedar Falls Community Credit Union. A payroll deduction plan is available for the convenience of our employees and this is a popular way for them to manage their money. We appreciate the on-going relationship and quality service we have received over the years from CFCCU.
Linda M., HR Manager of Cedar Falls Utilities
For our employees, having the credit union on site in the workplace offers many benefits. While some transactions can be completed online, others require face-to-face contact. Whenever an employee can take care of financial transactions without going elsewhere, it means the employee saves time and that ultimately translates to productivity from the employer’s perspective. Further, as an employer, we want to do whatever we can reasonably do to help employees balance work and personal life. Our credit union on site is a great example. At CUNA Mutual Group, credit unions are our customers. The on-site access helps us support the market we serve by encouraging our employees to be credit union members. In short, it’s great to have a credit union so accessible!
