2026 Board Member Candidates

Mike Taylor (Incumbent)

Mike Taylor is a proud Cedar Valley native, born and raised in Waterloo and a graduate of Waterloo West High School. He is passionate about serving his community and building lasting relationships, both professionally and personally.

With 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mike brings a strong understanding of the local housing market, financial decision-making, and long-term investment planning. His expertise across residential, commercial, land, and investment properties provides valuable perspective to the CFCCU Board, helping support thoughtful lending practices and member-focused growth.

Mike has long been committed to the Cedar Valley community and values opportunities to give back and stay connected. He and his wife of 43 years, Sherie, have built their life in the area while raising their two children, and they continue to enjoy spending time with family and supporting their local community.
