FINANCIAL RELIEF FOR CFCCU MEMBERS

We are here and eager to help! All of our staff at CFCCU live in this community and
knows the hardships people are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working
to do everything we can to provide options for our members’ financial burdens during these

Below is a list of relief options we are offering to our members.

FINANCIAL RELIEF LOANS
• $250 – $3,000 at 1.99% APR*
• No collateral required
• No payments for 90 days

RELIEF SKIP-A-PAYMENT
• Waived processing fee
• Skip up to 2 (two) monthly payments on your CFCCU loans in 2020

MORTGAGE EXTENSIONS
• Request up to 2 (two) months of deferred payments on your CFCCU mortgages with a (2 month) extension
• No processing fee

FORGIVENESS ON CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT (CD)
•No penalty for early withdrawals from CDs

LATE PAYMENT FEES
• No late fees on any loan product offered at CFCCU

AUTO LOANS
• Refinance with CFCCU
• Purchase and refinance rates as low as 2.94%
• No payment for 60 days

ACCESSING YOUR CFCCU ACCOUNT

BRANCHES

Even though our lobbies are closed, we are still here for you. The drive-ups at both of our Cedar Falls locations are open normal business hours. We can process all of your normal banking transactions in the drive up, just like we would in the lobby. ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING

You can also transfer money, pay your loans and credit cards, and review transactions through your online and mobile banking (CFCCU app). Mobile deposit is also offered through the CFCCU app.

SHARED BRANCHING

If you are not in the Cedar Falls area but need access to your accounts, don’t hesitate to utilize our Shared Branching Network. You can access your account at over 5,000 credit unions nationwide! Shared Branch locations can process normal banking transactions, loan payments, and credit card payments.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Financial Relief Loans: Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is subject to change. Terms and qualifications apply. Limited time offer. Terms up to 12 months payments. All loans are subject to credit approval. Ask a lender for further details. Must be a CFCCU member for at least 30 days to apply.

Skip-A-Payment: Loans must have at least 90 day satisfactory payment record. Home loans, mobile home loans, credit cards, overdraft lines of credit, and single payment loans are not eligible for this program. Delinquent loans are also not eligible. Interest continues to accrue.

Mortgage Extension: Delinquent loans are not eligible for this program. Approved extensions do not change your mortgage payment or interest rate. Interest will continue to accrue. Forgiveness on Certificate of Deposit: Limited time offer. Can change at any time.

Late Payment Fees: Limited time offer. Can change at any time. Starting in April, credit cards charged a late fee will
be refunded for a limited time.

Auto Loans: *APR equals Annual Percentage Rate. Rates based on creditworthiness, age of the vehicle, and term of the loan; your rate may differ. Terms and qualifications apply. Auto loans currently financed through CFCCU cannot be refinanced with this offer. Limited time offer.
